New Condo Construction in Downtown West Palm Beach
Construction for ISIS Downtown is tentatively scheduled to begin Spring 2015 with an approximate 21-month build time. It should be ready for occupancy by early 2017. Reservations and deposits are currently being accepted.
ISIS Downtown will have 16 stories, including 13 floors of private residences, a total of 200 condos, and six levels of parking in the center of the building.
